Bet on Baccarat

Introduction
Bet on Baccarat is a brand new, fun and easy to play game. Based on the classic Baccarat drawing rules mixed with betting “Odds”, players play against the Casino and receive “Odds” depending on the “Chance” and the probability of the hand or other betting position on which they have bet.
Bet on Baccarat is a multiplayer game and each hand or playing position can have an unlimited number of players playing on it.
Players participate in three rounds of betting:
ㆍBefore the initial deal betting round
ㆍBefore the Banker’s first card is opened
ㆍBefore the Player’s and Banker’s second and if necessary extra cards are opened
During these rounds players may bet - according to the table limits - on any number of odds in every betting round as many times as they choose and on as many different playing positions as they wish.
The object of Bet on Baccarat is to bet on the hand or other betting position that is most likely to win.
A player’s chances of winning at Bet on Baccarat depend not only on their luck but also on their understanding of the cards on the table, the probabilities of winning for every betting position and the “Game Statistics”. The Odds shown for every hand is a great tip.
Our Dealers will deal the game and even chat to players while they deal. They will underline the hand with the best chance of winning in every round of betting and comment on the remaining hands’ chances of winning, in order to help players to choose the best hands in the game.
Cards Value
This game is played with 8 decks of 52 cards.
Aces count as 1;
2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 count as their face value;
10s and face/picture cards count as 0.
If the initial value of a hand is ten points or higher, subtract ten from this value, the reminder is the value of the hand. For example: 7 + 5 = 12 is counted as 2 or 4 + 6 = 10 would be considered 0.
Bet on Baccarat Bets
There are 20 betting positions in total and each player’s pay-out on every betting position depends on the “odds” that are automatically calculated.
There are three main bets in Bet on Baccarat that can players can place: "Player", "Banker" and "Tie" (which happens when the Player and the Banker hands have the same value). Like in classic Baccarat, the Player and Banker terms are simply designations for the two hands dealt out in each game. Player has no particular association with the customer, nor Banker with the house.
Besides the main bets we offer also numerous side bets that give players more ways to win:
Pairs:
ㆍPlayer pair –if any pair on the initial player cards appear
(suited, colour and perfect), bets win according to the payout table.
ㆍBanker pair – any kind of pair appears on the initial banker cards.
Quantity of cards in the game:
ㆍBig – the total number of cards dealt between player and banker is 5 or 6.
ㆍSmall – the total number of cards dealt between player and banker is 4.
Cards colour (on both hands):
ㆍMore red cards will be drawn
ㆍMore black cards will be drawn
ㆍRed and black cards are equal
Total number Even/odd (zero is counted as even):
ㆍPlayer’s + banker’s will be an even number
ㆍPlayer’s + banker’s will be an odd number
ㆍPlayer’s will be an even number
ㆍPlayer’s will be an odd number
ㆍBanker’s will be an even number
ㆍBanker’s will be an odd number
These side bets are not associated with the main game bets. Players can place a main bet on the Player position but a side bet on the Banker Pair, and vice versa. Players can also place side bets without placing any main bets.

How to Play
ㆍTo place a bet, you select an amount by clicking on chips from the chip tray and clicking on the betting option of your choice. You can modify or cancel any bet before clicking on the “Confirm” button. Your total bet amount will be displayed in the "Current Bet" window.
ㆍYou may place bets on any number of odds in every betting round as many times as you want and on any number of playing positions during the betting time (30sec.). After the betting time has elapsed, the Dealer announces “No more bets” and no bets can be placed.
ㆍThe first number in the box shows ODDS, the second number is your bet and the third number shows the total of all players’ bets on the current box.
ㆍ After the first betting round is over the dealer will deal the first card to the Player’s side. After that, the second round of betting will commence and you may place more bets if you wish. When the betting time has again ended, the dealer will open the first Banker card and the last betting round will be start, where you can place your bets for the last time in the current game. At the end of this final betting round, the Dealer will open all the rest of the cards needed for the game. If neither hand is a Natural (a total of 8 or 9), the third additional card may be dealt to each hand in accordance with the table (below) known as the Table of Play or ‘Tableau’. No more than one additional card shall be dealt to either hand.
ㆍ During the deal, the Dealer will comment on cards on both sides, the odds and their possibilities to win. At the end of the game, the dealer will point to the winning side and will mention any winning additional bets. Your win will be calculated automatically based on the odds you received when your bets were placed. Your winning amount will be shown in the “Last win” section.
The Third Card Rule
Guide to card draw for Player`s hand
Player hand (Total of first two cards): | |
---|---|
1,2,3,4,5,0 | Dealer draws a card |
6-7 | Stands (Player hand is not dealt another card) |
8-9 | Natural - No further cards drawn to either hand |
Guide to card draw for Banker`s hand
When the Banker’s first two cards total zero, one or two, the Banker’s hand draws a card. When the total of the Banker's first two cards is three or more, the outcome depends on the third card drawn by the Player, as detailed below.
When first two Banker’s cards total: | Draws a card when Player's third card is: | Stands when Player's third card is: |
---|---|---|
3 | 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,9,0 | 8 |
4 | 2,3,4,5,6,7 | 1,8,9,0 |
5 | 4,5,6,7 | 1,2,3,8,9,0 |
6 | 6,7 | 1,2,3,4,5,8,9,0 |

8,9 | Stands (Natural) |
The Banker draws on 1-2-3-4-5 when Player stands on 6-7 on initial deal. The Banker must stand on 6 when Player has 6-7 on initial deal. There are no optional draws.

Classic Baccarat Road Maps
Baccarat trends are recorded on “Roads”, which are pictorial representations of the results and trends of the shoe so far. The roads help players quickly assess the history of the game, identify trends and attempt to predict future results.
The new Round Baccarat Road Maps begins when the cards are shuffled and placed in the shoe.
There are five standard roads:
ㆍThe Big Road
ㆍBig Eye Boy
ㆍThe Small Road
ㆍThe Cockroach Pig
ㆍThe Bead Plate
The Big Road

Figure 1: The Big Road
At first, baccarat results were just recorded on the “Big road” (Figure 1). This is the main road and it is the road that all other roads are derived from. The Big Road is fairly simple. It is a grid, always six rows deep by many columns wide. When recording the big road, a hollow red circle represents a Banker win, and a hollow blue circle represents a Player win.
When the shoe begins, the first result (Banker or Player, ignore ties for now) is written in the top left corner of the Big Road. If the second result is the same side as the first, it goes under the first, and as long as the winning side (Banker or Player) remains the same, circles of the same colour continue down vertically. When the “other side” comes up, a new column is started, and the process continues through the entire shoe in this fashion. As a result, the Big Road becomes a series of columns of alternating blue and red hollow circles, with a minimum height of one circle, and no maximum height.
On the Big Road, Ties are not displayed as a separate circle, but simply as a green line across the most recent circle drawn. Multiple ties are shown with a small number next to the green line with that number representing the number of ties.
Pairs are displayed with a dot on the edge of the circle (red dot for Banker pair, blue dot for Player pair, Natural winners are displayed with a yellow dot in the middle of the circle.
The Derived Roads
ㆍIn 1970 the “Big Eye Boy”, the “Small Road” and the “Cockroach Pig” were invented in Macau. Collectively, these three roads are called the “derived roads”. Some people also refer to them as “predictive roads”. There are some fundamental differences between the three derived roads and the easy-to-understand big road and bead plate. Here are some important points to understand about the three derived roads:
ㆍThey are not a direct representation of the results of the shoe so far.
ㆍThey are all derived from the big road and describe the patterns in the Big Road. Each of Big Eye Boy, the Small Road and the Cockroach Pig describe slightly different kinds of patterns. Derived roads don't tell you exactly what happened, they tell you whether there were patterns in what happened.
ㆍThe derived roads are made up of red and blue symbols: hollow circles for Big Eye Boy, solid circles for the Small Road, and slashes for the Cockroach Road.
ㆍIMPORTANT: The red and blue symbols that make up the derived roads do not correspond to Banker or Player. “Red” generally means there is a pattern, and “blue” generally means that the shoe is “choppy”, with no pattern.
ㆍDue to the operation of the colour rules, the derived roads do not start at the beginning of the shoe. They start on the completion of these hands:
ㆍFor Big Eye Boy: The hand after the first hand in the second column of the Big Road.
ㆍFor the Small Road: The hand after the first hand in the third column of the Big Road.
ㆍFor the Cockroach Pig: The hand after the first hand in the fourth column of the Big Road.
ㆍOnce a derived road starts, an additional red or blue symbol will be added to that derived road after every hand.
Big Road Scheme

Big Eye Boy

The resulting Big Eye Boy looks as follows:
The starting point corresponds to cell B2 on the Big Road scorecard, which is the second result (hand) after the first change in the game. If B2 is empty, the starting point is C1.
For example, the first entry shows cell A1 on the Big Eye Boy table. This corresponds to the same hand represented in cell C1 of the Big Road table. Since cell C1 is the beginning of a new column, we check if the previous two columns are equal in length. They are, so we colour the Big Eye Boy red for cell A1. In a contrary case, it would be blue.
Next entry to see is C2 on the Big Road. On the Big Eye Road it corresponds to B1 blue because B1 and B2 don't match.
As the column C is finished, we should pass to D1.
The table below will explain all next entries in the Big Eye Road.
BIG EYE BOY CELL | BIG ROAD CELL | COLOUR | REASON |
---|---|---|---|
A1a | C1 | Red | Columns A and B equal in length |
A1b | C2 | Blue | B1 and B2 don't match |
A1c | D1 | Blue | Columns B and C unequal in length |
A1d | E1 | Blue | Columns C and D unequal in length |
A1e | E2 | Blue | D1 and D2 don't match |

Small Road

The next table is the “Small Road”. The Small Road works exactly like the Big Eye Boy, except it skips the column to the left of the current column in the Big Road.
To have enough information to go on, the Small Road must wait until the entry in the fourth column of the Big Road. The resulting Small Road looks as follows:
SMALL ROAD | BIG ROAD CELL | COLOUR | REASON |
---|---|---|---|
A1a | C2 | Blue | B1 and B2 don't match |
A1b | D1 | Blue | Columns A and C are different |
A1c | E1 | Red | Columns B and D equal in length |
A1d | E2 | Red | Cells C1 and C2 match |
B1a | E3 | Blue | Cells C2 and C3 don't match |

Cockroach Road

The starting point corresponds to cell E2 on the Big Road scorecard, which is the second result (hand) after the third change in the game.
The next table is "Cockroach Road." The Cockroach works exactly like the Small Road, except it skips two columns to the left of the current column in the Big Road. To have enough information to go on, the Cockroach Road must wait until the entry in the fifth column of the Big Road.

The Bead Plate

Figure 2: The Bead Plate
The Bead Plate in figure 2 shows the exact same sequence of 21 hands as the Big Road in Figure 1. Note that the bead plate does not show naturals or pairs, but unlike the Big Road it does show ties as a separate symbol occupying a cell in the grid.
The Bead Plate is the last road in our statistics window. It is an exact electronic representation of every hand. Red means banker, blue means player and green means tie, and the symbols used are solid coloured circles superimposed with a Chinese character representing the result (Figure 2). The first symbol appears in the top left corner of the grid, the road fills down vertically through all six cells of the column, before moving to the second column, and those six cells are filled in, and so on. There is no moving to a new column until the previous column is filled, irrespective of the result of each hand.
