Where can I see my account number?
In the "My Information" page, you can see the account numbers you have registered in the "Personal Details" category.
Can I change my personal information after registration?
TEN by TEN BET account currencies or registered default data can no longer be edited. The reliability of TEN by TEN BET is a top priority. However, you can change other data after registration. In special cases (eg when personal data is incorrectly entered), if you request a change through the Operations Support Team, you may be able to process the change after confirmation.
I do not want to deposit money right after registration. Should I?

Your account is blocked

What if I forget my password or username?

What if someone else knows the name of my password / account?

How to calculate sports dividend?
Click on one or more of the expected results. Your bets will appear in the cart on the right side of the page. Next, specify the amount you want and the type of bet you want (single, multi, system, or chain). At the bottom of the betting cart you will see the dividend for your choice. You can then bet with the "BETTING" button. Please note that advanced bets can not be canceled (some bets are available).
What kind of sports betting?
In TEN by TEN BET, you can choose from four different betting methods. You can bet one accurate forecast "monopoly" (single), two or more accurate forecast "daropol" bets (multi), various forecast "systems" or "chain" bets.
What is a "single" bet?
"Single" bets are the simplest bets. Predict results, specify the amount you want to bet, and place your bet. If the prediction is correct, you will win the bet. The prize money is calculated by multiplying the bet amount by the dividend.
What is a "multi" bet and what is the calculation method?
A "multi" bet is a bet made up of two or more events, which means that one of the events must not be aesthetically pleasing. The total dividend for a "multi" bet is calculated by multiplying the dividend for every individual forecast.
What bets can I combine to make "multi" bets?
Most of the bets offered can be combined freely with "multi" bets. However, there are only occasions where you can only bet on "single". These games are decided by the dividend company based on various factors. At the same time as the game payout is raised, these games are marked separately.
What is a "chain" bet and how is it calculated?
"Chain" bets are a combination of independent "single" bets. The necessary conditions are that the first single bet will be hit. The chain calculation method is applied according to the betting order mentioned in the corresponding betting cart. If the first single bet is hit, the same bet is automatically applied to the second match and the total amount of revenues from the first single bet will be deducted from the second bet. As a result of the first single bet, 60,000 won will be generated and the same 30,000 won bet will be placed on the next match. The remaining 30,000 won will be credited to the "chain betting cart". In the second game, 45,000 won will be generated, 30,000 won will be applied to the next single bet, and the remaining 15,000 won will be credited to the chain betting cart. The sum of the chain betting cart will be 45,000 won. The third game is aesthetic and the 30,000 won bet will be removed from the chain account, the next bet will be made and the balance of the chain account will be 15,000 won. The fourth game is hit and 90,000 won is generated, and 30,000 won is bet on the next game. The 5th game is aesthetic and the total hit amount is 75,000 won.
What are "system" bets?
"System" is a method of betting at least three matches. This system is a way of seeing a variety of results from the games you have selected and minimizing the damage, even if the betting results are aesthetic. What is the minimum / maximum size of the bet?
The maximum bet amount is determined by the winnings above the dividend. If you choose to receive a message that your bets have exceeded the maximum amount, please lower your bet amount to advance your bet. The minimum bet amount is over 10,000 won.
What is the maximum payout?
The maximum bet on a bet is 500 times. If the amount exceeds 500, the win amount will be determined as 500 won.
I made a bet by mistake. Can I request to cancel my bet?
If you proceed with "Betting!", You will immediately see "Betting history", and according to the Terms and Conditions, we can not cancel your bet after you have made your bet. You can use the "BETTING!" Button to stop the betting before proceeding.
